How do I shop for free?

All items at MarketSeed.org are free for our members. We have made it easy to shop and share in our online family exchange community. Step 1 Become a member for free by clicking on the LOG IN tab in the top right hand corner in the menu on every page. You may also setup a member account once you add items to cart and checkout. Step 2 Shop and add to your cart any items you find that you love and need. Step 3 Check out and receive order confirmation with instructions on picking up your item (s) at The Family Worship Center.
Are all the items really free?

We offer a truly free online shopping experience by offering gently used and new items that have been graciously donated by the community. You will never be asked for credit card or bank information.
How do I donate items to Marketseed.org?

Our community thrives from the giving hearts of the community. We are happy to accept all donations that meet the product requirements of marketseed.org. Please follow the steps below if you have any donations of goods or services. Step 1 Setup a free online member account by clicking the LOG IN tab in the top right hand corner of the site menu. Step 2 Send us a message letting us know what you have to donate. If you have pictures, you may also send them with your communication. Step 3 We will send you instructions to drop off your donated items and schedule a time. You may also drop off donated items any time at Family Worship Center 150 Beach Airport Rd. Conroe, TX 77301.
Is there a limit on the amount of items I can order?

Yes. We limit the items a family may order to (4) Four Items found in any category and (1) One appliance. We are sorry we have to have limits however in order to ensure we serve all families in the community we must put a limit on orders. If your order surpasses this limit, we will need to cancel the order and you will have to reorder the items you choose following our policy. Diapers are on a first come first serve basis and are limited to (1) One package per family.
May I take the goods from Marketseed.org and sell them?

We do not support orders that we find are for the purpose of resale. In the event we learn of items being received for resale, your membership will be forfeited. We urge members to redonate back to Marketseed.org any item that is unwanted or needed after receipt so other families in the community may take advantage.
What happens after I order?

After you have placed your order, a marketseed.org team member will contact you to confirm the order and schedule you for a pickup time. Please note that we require 7-10 days from order placement to get your order ready for pickup. The member account holder will be required to be present at time of pickup. We urge members to join us at the Family Worship Center on Sunday Morning and Wednesday Evening where our Family helps Families.
