"Unlocking the Healing Power of Red Clover: How This Natural Remedy Can Fight Off Health Destroying Forces"

These Red Clover dot the hillside by the lake in the spring. Their crimson color contrasts with the green and beige grasses to add a distinct beauty but unfortunately they are a perennial herb in the legume family that have a short lived season. However, Probably few people take note of this amazing flower and how functional it is to farmers and as a health supplement for women.

Red Clover

It is an interim crop planted to restore nutrients to the soil between crops. For a supplement or as a soothing tea , it has poly-phenol properties that help bone stability and hormonal balance for midlife women.

In 2 Chronicles 20, King Jehoshaphat of Judah was faced with an attack from a great multitude of enemies. He being a Godly king, commanded the people to fast and pray “And Judah gathered themselves together, to ask help of the LORD: even out of all the cities of Judah they came to seek the LORD.” ‭‭2 Chronicles ‭20‬:‭4‬

That is when in his prayer, he confessed his fears: “…for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know what to do: but our eyes are upon thee.” ‭‭2 Chronicles ‭20‬:‭12‬

Jehoshaphat encouraged the people with these words.” Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not your's, but God's.” ‭‭2 Chronicles ‭20‬:‭15‬ ‭

What does this have to do with Red Clover, you ask? Everyday, there is a great multitude of health destroying bacteria, viruses, contaminants, additives, etc. that are enemies to our health. If you’ve ever played Wack-a-Mole, you know the feeling of knocking out one symptom while another pops up. But how amazing that God has already provided herbs, flowers, and plants that we never notice to combat those attacks. Jehoshaphat told Judah they must seek the Lord in prayer to receive the help they need. It has been proven that a positive, God seeking mindset can alleviate the fear and stress which is an enemy to our health.

Jehoshaphat called for a fast and prayer for the purpose of re-centering the minds of the people on God and His power to fight their battles. They still had to stand firm against the enemies just as we need to take action against the enemies of our health by wise choices in foods and exercise while giving our burdens to God in prayer.

If you have ever felt like Jehoshaphat as he tried to lead his people as King of Judah against the enemies when he said,“neither know we what to do” then follow his lead and add,” but our eyes are on You.”

God has provided all we need, worship and seek Him today.
